I’ve always seen the world in color. Growing up, I was the kid who painted her bedroom furniture, doodled in the margins of every notebook, and watched my mom, a talented artist herself, fill sketchbooks. Our home was filled with her art, and I remember thinking, I want to create something that matters too.

My love for art led me to study fine arts and art history in college, where I developed a deep appreciation for impressionism — for the artists who dared to break the rules and paint how the light really felt. But while my brush sat still, creativity never left my hands. I spent the last 16 years as a professional makeup artist, painting faces, helping others see the beauty already inside them.

It wasn’t until I picked up a paintbrush again to create a Christmas gift for my mom that something in me came alive. I knew I had to return to this gift — not just for me, but for others. My family has always said my creativity is God-given, and I believe that with my whole heart. Everything I create is rooted in that truth: that this work is not just mine, but His. My goal is to reflect His beauty, joy, and light through every piece I paint.
